Staples Center which is now known as Crypto.com Arena since December 2021 was named after a Singapore-based cryptocurrency company. This huge multi-purpose indoor arena was first opened in the year 1999, on 17th October, in Los Angeles, California, and is owned by Arturo L.A. Arena Company and Anschutz Entertainment Group. The construction of this arena started in the year 1998 and was completed in the year 1999 and it cost almost $375 million to build this marvelous arena.

This world-famous entertainment and sports center is the home of 4 big professional sports franchises WNBA’s Los Angeles Sparks, NBA’s Los Angeles Lakers, NHL’s Los Angeles Kings, and the Los Angeles Clippers. From the day it opened to now at this court, the Lakers won 6 NBA championships, The Kings won 2 Stanley Cups, and the Sparks won 3 WNBA championships.
